任职标准：
Job Description:
Integrate hardware and software of different nodes to implement mobile radio network, core network and IP Network.
Design and perform integration tests, debug node and system issues, verify compliance of interfaces and features
Work in cross-functional team environment with Systems Engineering and System Development and participate in design, implementation and test reviews
Drive quick resolution of the problems by coordinating the tests with H/W, S/W engineers and system design
Knowledge of basic UNIX operation is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required
Strong teamwork skills
教育背景/专业 本科以上
外语水平 英文口语
行业背景 通信
工作年限 2－3
Required Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required, MS preferred.
Solid knowledge in Communications, Signaling Processing and Information Theory.
Knowledge of radio newotk, mobile Circuit Switch /Packet Switch core and IMS network architecture
Knowledge of system technology and protocols in one or more of the following areas is required: GSM/GPRS, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA, IMS.
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred: ATM, SS7, TCP/IP
Experience with the following equipment is preferred: MGTS, Nethawk, TEMS, K1205, K1297, ADTECH, TD-SCDMA handsets
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Perl/TCL and scripting skills is preferred
Independent, self-motivated, enthusiasm and well organized with analytical mind
Strong initiative and learning willingness
